The following pages are
included in the package:
HOME
This will contain photo(s), welcome message, newsletter
signup, and the most recent news and events.
The
welcome message is updateable by through the Administration
Control Panel.
BIOGRAPHY
This will contain the biography of the candidate.
There will be the option for a photo of the candidate
and his/her family.
The
photo and bio information will be editable through
the Administration Control Panel.
Photo
Gallery – This will be a
gallery of images that can be added and deleted
through the Administration Control Panel.
ISSUES
This page will have a list of issues that the candidate
wishes to address. Users will be able to select
the issue desired and be taken to a detail page
that lists the full text description of each issue.
You
will be able to add, edit, and delete Issues through
the Administration Control Panel online.
NEWS
& EVENTS
Each news or event item added will contain the name,
title, description, and date of the news release
or event.
You
will be able to add News and Events items through
the Administration Control Panel.
VOLUNTEER
This will be a form that the user can submit with
their personal contact information to volunteer
with the candidate’s campaign. There will
also be a text message above the form that can be
edited through the Administration Control Panel.
Volunteers
Newsletter – The volunteer’s newsletter
letter will only send to everyone who is listed
in the volunteer’s database.
CONTRIBUTE
This page will request basic information from the
visitor and give them the ability to enter a donation
amount.
When
submitted this will send the money directly to the
campaign’s PayPal account. The user will NOT
be required to register with PayPal to complete
this transaction.
NEWSLETTER
There will be a text box on each page where visitors
can enter their email address to receive updates
about the campaign.
The
firm will have the option to add newsletter lists
by uploading a .CSV (may be created from an Excel
file). Each list will have a name chosen by the
site administrator. When a newsletter is sent there
will be the option to email to a certain list (i.e.
Developers) or the option for “all”.
The
candidate’s logo will appear at the top of
each newsletter sent out. You will be able to add
one image for each article that is placed in the
newsletter. You will have an unlimited amount of
articles that can be added.
You
will be able to send the newsletter to all of the
subscribers at one time through the Administration
Control Panel.
CONTACT
This page will provide contact information such
as phone/fax numbers and campaign headquarters address.
Additionally, there will be a link that will allow
the user to email someone at the campaign.
Additionally,
visitors will be able to complete a short inquiry
form that will send to the email address(s) of your
choice.
Once
completed it will take the user to a “thank
you” page.
